ReadFluent

ReadFluent is a bilingual e-book reader for iPhone, iPhone Duo, and iPad. Import an EPUB you own, read it in the original language, and show a translation of the page when you need it.

Importing a book

In Library, tap Add Book and choose an EPUB. If the file is already on your shelf, the app tells you instead of adding it again. Deleting a book removes that file and its bookmarks from the device.

Translation

On a phone, use Translate to switch between the original page and the translated page. On a wide landscape window, such as an iPad or an open iPhone Duo, the original and the translation sit on facing pages. You can change the language you are reading toward from the reader. If a language is not installed, the system may ask to download it.

Bookmarks and appearance

A bookmark saves the passage so you can open it again later. In Settings, the page can be warm white, sepia, or charcoal. That choice stays on this device.
